We are based locally (Inistioge), but we can also use Zoom, Facebook Messenger, and remote access software to solve the majority of issues.
We have experience helping locals, those from nearby towns, and businesses alike. This means we understand the complexities of doing business both in general, and in an infrastructurally challenging rural environment.
We understand the different needs that businesses have and the technology they use. Seán has a Business Degree (Honours) in Management from WIT, along with an eBusiness certification from ETB VTOS Kilkenny to assist with this (See our About the Owner page for more information).
We have experience supporting some small local companies with their technical needs giving them priority support and as much time and patience, as needed.
We can explain complicated jargon in a way that you will understand. We try to do this anyway weather you ask us to or not. In addition, if needed, we can “translate” for you when dealing with third-party technical support people.
We either support, or are at least aware of, the many types of computer software and hardware that businesses use. In addition, we only recommend genuine software which we have tested or use ourselves.
We are flexible regarding pricing, if it takes 10 minutes or less then you don’t pay. If it takes between 10 and 30 minutes you only pay €10. The first job is priced at consumer rates.
Our wide range of payment methods is even wider for businesses as we also accept bank transfers (After sending an invoice), and cheques from our business clients. Regular business clients can also take advantage of monthly invoices for the services provided in that month as opposed to one for each service. Please note that we are not VAT registered.
We are GDPR and Privacy conscious, what we talk about (as long as it is legal of course) does not leave the room, so to speak.
