This Frequently Asked Questions page provides a number of basic questions and answers that you may have about Tech Advice. As time goes on this page will be updated with more, or less questions to reflect the business’s current services. Additionally, updates on some of the questions below may be found on the Blog page or on Tech Advice’s social media pages.


Question: Do you have an Office/Shop that I can come to for help?

Answer: Sorry, we do not have a premises open to the public at this time for insurance reasons.


Question: Do you provide your services to businesses?

Answer: Yes, please see our dedicated Business pages where you can see our business prices and specialist services tailored to businesses.


Question: Do you sell computers/tablets/phones/accessories?

Answer: At the time of writing (May 2023) we are not selling any products either online or off. We do however provide a Buying Advice service for €15 an hour to help you choose from the wide variety of devices available at retailers.


Question: What is SumUp?

Answer: SumUp is the service we use to accept payments from Debit/Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also use it to send digital receipts to you by text or email. Only SumUp can see the payment details that you provide them; we have no access to this information.
