Photoprint Questions:
Q: Can I get one of the photos printed larger than A4?
A: Yes, however you will need to contact us here for a quote as we will need to order it from another business as we do not have a printer capable of printing anything larger.
Q: Is the quality of the photo on this website or in the online store what I will get?
A: Yes and no, the photos you see here may be brighter or darker than the real thing depending on your device. In addition, the photos have been resized for use online; this means they will look even better when printed.
Delivery Questions:
Q: Do you deliver outside of Inistioge?
A: Yes, we can deliver all unframed photos via An Post either tracked for €10 or untracked for €3. Framed photos are sent at your own risk and we would prefer to give them to you in person instead.
Q: Great, can I get one delivered to [insert country]?
A: Sorry, we only deliver within Ireland right now.
Q: Can I just pick it up from your office/shop?
A: Tech Advice does not have an office/shop that is open to the public, but if you contact us using this information, we can meet you in Inistioge where you can pay for and collect your photo; we would recommend this for framed photos.
Shipping Times:
Q: How long before you post my purchase?
A: Assuming we have photo paper in stock and it is a weekday we aim to post it by 15:00 at the latest so that it has a chance of arriving the following day. This only applies to unframed photos.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: If we post your order before 15:00 Monday-Thursday there is a good chance that it will arrive the following day, if not it will be the day after. Please allow five working days before contacting us, and check our Facebook page for updates as we may be closed or unable to receive orders for some reason.
