How much does each service cost?
With the exception of repairs and upgrades, all services under 10 minutes are free, those under 30 minutes cost €10, otherwise the per hour cost applies.

Please note that you may request a copy of the invoice/receipt for any parts we used in repairing/upgrading your device as proof of cost. Note that these documents may have some redactions to protect some of our information (i.e. banking details, delivery address).
Payment Methods Accepted:
As well as cash, we can accept the most common forms of digital/card payment using a combination of PayPal and SumUp. Please note that services carried out remotely or through Zoom require payment through Sum Up or PayPal if they exceed 10 minutes.

What is Sum Up?
Sum Up is the payment service we use to accept the payments when you pay by card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We can send you a link to pay through this method to your email or phone via text/SMS.
